Carmela earned her BA in Business Administration Marketing/Advertising at California State University Fullerton.  She co-founded and operated Red Letter Productions‚ another event planning firm‚ from 1995 to 2007‚ before branching off on her own to launch RED Company.

Sandon Brady‚ Director of Sales

Sandon Brady brings 15 years of experience in the hotel‚ restaurant‚ catering and event industry to the RED Company team. 

Sandon’s career in the hotel industry includes long-term stints at the Marriott‚ Hilton and Hyatt.  His positions included Director of Convention Services‚ National Association Sales Manager‚ and Assistant General Manager.  Sandon brings you an added benefit when sourcing hotels‚ due to his continued relationships with his numerous hotel contacts.

Sandon has vast experience with kosher catering‚ as he worked in the Orthodox community of Los Angeles for the past six years.  He has also worked the past three years with Afikoman Tour Management on Passover programs held at locations such as the Ritz Carlton‚ Puerto Rico.  Sandon’s previous clients include Chanel‚ WellPoint‚ Fireman’s Fund Insurance‚ Century 21 Insurance‚ AstraZeneca‚ American Golf‚ Time Warner‚ Southern California Edison and Amgen.
